Using Pyro

Which accounting software does Pyro work with?
Xero and Zoho Books today, with more integrations coming soon. If your firm uses something else, tell us.
What can we upload?
PDFs, scans and images (PDF, PNG or JPG), several at once, each to the right client.
What if a line gets coded wrong?
Every invoice stops for review before anything is sent. You fix it in place, and Pyro learns from the correction for that client.
Is the VAT treatment explained, or do we just get a code?
Every line shows its reasoning: the other party's country, the registration your client holds, and the box the entry lands in. Where the rules leave a question open, you get one query rather than a warning on every line.
What happens with an invoice in another currency?
Every amount is converted into the client's own base currency before anything is sent. If the invoice prints its own base-currency total, that figure is used; otherwise the ECB rate for the invoice date is applied. If neither is available, the invoice is flagged rather than converted on a guess.

Your data

How long do you keep our documents?
Every invoice you upload is kept until you delete it. You can have the original files deleted automatically after a set period; the extracted figures, coding and history stay, and the same file is already attached to the draft in your accounting software.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Download every client, invoice, extracted figure and coding decision as a single file, at any time.
Who can see our clients?
Only your firm. Every client, document and invoice is scoped to your firm alone.

Account and billing

What does it cost?
€49.99 a month for every integration, 3,000 invoices and 5 Xero connection slots, plus a fixed price per invoice read from your wallet. See pricing.
Do we need our accounting software already set up?
Yes. Pyro connects to your existing Xero or Zoho Books organisation and sends drafts into it. It doesn't replace it.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like. Every user in your firm is included.
What happens if we cancel?
Your clients, history and learned coding stay exactly as they are. You can't process new invoices until you subscribe again, and nothing is deleted.
