Pricing questions

What counts as one invoice?
Every document you upload counts as one, however many lines it has. A fourteen-line statement counts the same as a one-line bill.
What if we need more than 5 Xero connections?
Buy extra slots from Billing & wallet: €15 each, paid once from your wallet and yours to keep, up to 15 in total. Disconnecting a client also frees its slot for another.
What if we go over 3,000 invoices in a month?
Buy extra invoices for that month from Billing & wallet: €5 per 1,000, any amount. On the 1st your allowance goes back to 3,000.
We use Xero and Zoho Books. Do we pay twice?
No. Add the second one from Billing & wallet and both share one subscription, one wallet and one invoice allowance.
What happens when the wallet runs low?
Pyro asks you to top up before it reads the next invoice. Nothing is billed silently, and nothing you've already processed is affected.
Is the free credit really free?
Yes. Setting up your firm costs nothing and needs no card. Once your firm is approved you get €1.00 of credit to run your own invoices through Pyro.
Do we need our accounting software already set up?
Yes. Pyro connects to your existing Xero or Zoho Books organisation and sends drafts into it. It doesn't replace it.
What happens if we cancel?
Your clients, history and learned coding stay exactly as they are. You can't process new invoices until you subscribe again, and nothing is deleted.
